Meet Douglas Arthur

     Douglas Arthur is a third generation professional photographer, with a formal education in the art from Fanshawe College, London.

     He has been an associate professor and administrator at Conestoga College, Kitchener for over 25 years.  While at the college he developed the Certificate Photographic Program, and was presented the prestigious Guild Award for teaching excellence.

     Douglas Arthur is a diverse photographer and technician.  From lighting to composition he has mastered the art as well as the science of photography.

      With years of images he has now expanded into fine art photography, offering an exclusive line of black/ white and colour images suitable for framing.

     His father was an editor of a newspaper and gave his insight.  His mother was an optometrist who gave sight.  As a professor of photography Douglas Arthur  taught people how to see.
